libcsp-dev software package provides Cubesat Space Protocol Library (headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcsp-dev
libcsp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcsp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcsp-dev *
You will get with libcsp-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
